Buildings Available:  Gladys Saling Hall and Horn Hall (included electric, water, tables, restrooms, and small area around building for parking and games). ($50.00 deposit to take effect in 2018)

Parties & Events:—————————————————————-$200.00 Per Day

Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Anniversary, Birthday

Buildings Available: Burkitt Hall, Floral Hall, C.B. Building, and Middle area of the kitchens, Wheeler Barn, King Barn, Horse Arena (Includes electric, water, tables, restrooms and small area around building for parking and games).

Plus $150.00 deposit for clean up and damages.  Deposit will be refunded when 

clean up is completed and no damages are found.  

A $150.00 deposit is due at the day of booking.

Money Making Events ——————————————–$300.00/Day Per Building

Buildings Available:  Burkitt Hall, Floral Hall, C.B. Building, and Middle area of the kitchens, Wheeler Barn, King Barn, (Includes electric, water, tables, restrooms and small area around building for parking and games).

Must see the Board for Approval.  

Kitchens——————————————————————————$250.00/Day

Rental of Grandstand is at the discretion of the Board.

Note:  For money making events must see the Board of Directors

RENTAL AGREEMENT

This agreement entered into by and between the Noble County Agricultural Society, Inc. and the Lessee.

The Lessor agrees to permit the Lessee to use the aforementioned facility with and upon the following terms:

The Lessee is to use this facility along with the necessary parking area and restrooms. Also, the Lessee is to use these facilities according to the rules established by the Lessor. Fees to be charged: ________________ to be paid by check one day prior to the use of the facilities. A non-refundable deposit if not cancelled prior to 30 days of the event. ________________ is due at the time of rental. The deposit check should be made to the Noble County Ag Society.

The Lessee agrees to be responsible for any damages done to the above premises over and above ordinary wear and further agrees to be responsible for any damage done to all property, real and personal, belonging to the Lessor where the above premises are situated, which may arise from the acts of the Lessee, it’s members invites, or licensees or trespassers who may have gained access to the building through the use of said building or premises by the Lessee.

The Lessee further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor from any liability for injuries to the person or property of the Lessee, it’s members, invites, licensees, or trespasser who may have gained access to the rented facility through the use of the building or premises by the Lessee, that may be incurred upon the above premises while the said premises are being used by Lessee, its members, invites, or licensees, and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless from all liability for any injuries to the person or property or anyone else who is in the vicinity of the above premises and who may be injured or suffer damage due to the acts of the LESSEE, its member, invites, licensees, or trespassers who may have gained access to the building through the use of the building by the Lessee.

The Lessee agrees to clean the building facilities and area surrounding the facility of all trash and litter and place the same in the dumpster behind Schafer Hall. Area must be cleaned up and cleared by 12:00 a.m. midnight.

It is a mutually understanding that the Lessor reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time in the event that further use of the above premises by the Lessee, in the opinion of the Lessor, is not compatible or satisfactory.

You can get in Friday night at 5:00 p.m. if the building is not rented. The day of the rental you can get in at 8:00 a.m. and have to be out by 12:00 midnight. If you want it additional days, you will have to pay for the rental of the building.

Camping is permitted and each unit will be charged $30.00 per day, whether using electric or not.
